The location was perfect, close to train station, restaurants, tour pick up, and shopping. Only downside was no lift so carrying luggage to the 3rd floor was a workout.

Lots of stairs!!! No elevator so be ready to haul luggage!! But totally worth the price of the stay, rooms were clean and as-expected. Shower was nice. Great location downtown Inverness. Across from an amazing pub with great live music. Close to all the local restaurants, shops, river, and train station. Would stay here again!

My mother and I stayed at Jacobite House for 6 nights and had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy and quick, and our room (B1) was comfortable and spotless. When we needed anything, staff working on site were only too happy to help. Location can’t be beat; you are right in the heart of Inverness city centre, and you are within easy walking distance to all amenities. There is some noise from street level, but that quickly becomes white noise! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for our stay in Inverness. Close to bus and train stations, restaurants, pubs, shopping and more. Grocery store, taxi service and Victorian Market right next door was a huge plus.

Although our room wasn't overly big it was definitely well equipped (hairdryer, kettle etc), very comfortable and clean, as was the communal space with kitchen and living area. Absolutely fantastic location, ideal for visiting pubs with lots of traditional music being played. Will definitely be booking again!

Great location

Great hotel in a perfect location. Easy directions for entry. Room was spacious. Close to bars and restaurants which can be a little loud if noise bothers you. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness.

Fantastic stay in a very lovely location for walking around the city center. Very convenient location for the train station as well. Only small downside was a not very comfortable mattress, but other than that it is a wonderful place to stay.
