Welcome to your lakeside Columbia Valley getaway at Lake Windermere Pointe ☀️

This bright and inviting ground-level condo is all about convenience, comfort, and location. Situated right across from the main entrance and pool building, you’re just steps from the seasonal outdoor pool, year-round hot tub, and fitness room - perfect for a quick morning swim, sunset soak, or easy workout. Being on the first level also makes it incredibly convenient for letting your pup out 🐾 or coming and going with ease.

The living space is set up for both relaxation and connection, featuring a 65" Roku TV in the living room and an additional TV in the primary suite for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals with ease, whether you’re prepping a quick breakfast or a full family dinner. Step out onto the spacious balcony to enjoy the large propane BBQ - perfect for laid-back summer evenings and grilling after a day at the lake.

Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered with thoughtful extras like a booster seat, pack and play, beach wagon, and towels - making lake days, pool hangs, and family stays that much easier.

You’re just steps from James Chabot Beach, with a playground, green space, and lake access for those laid-back summer days. In the winter, you’re only 15 minutes from Panorama Mountain Resort. Plus, you’re right by the Panorama turnoff, so getting there is effortless.

Downtown Invermere is just a 5-minute drive, with restaurants, cafés, and shops close by. Several dining options are even within walking distance.

Surrounded by some of the region’s best golf courses, hiking trails, and two nearby hot springs, there’s no shortage of ways to relax or explore.

Whether you’re here to ski, golf, soak, hike, or simply unwind, this condo is your easy, comfortable home base for it all.

You’ll have access to one designated underground parking stall. Please note there is low clearance, so larger trucks, trailers, and SUVs over 6'2" may not fit.

Bonus: we have a storage locker at the end of our parking space! Coming with outdoor gear? You have room for a few bikes or boards. 

Additional outdoor parking is available at Lake Windermere Pointe, or along the street where you can keep an eye on your vehicle from the balcony.

The unit is conveniently located right across from the main entry lobby for easy access. Despite the proximity, there is no elevator or entrance noise from the bedrooms.

Building and unit access are fully digital, and you’ll receive detailed self check-in instructions prior to your stay.

We live about 25 minutes away and are available in case of an emergency. Otherwise, we’re always just a message away. Please reach out anytime via Airbnb, text, or call if you need anything during your stay.

One dog is permitted. Rufus cannot not be left unattended in the unit.

You’ll find a walking trail directly across from the condo, and areas of James Chabot Park welcome dogs on leash. There are also several off-leash dog parks just a short drive away - perfect for getting those extra zoomies out 🐾
