**IMPORTANT NOTE RE: STAIRS & SMOKING** Please note that a number of stairs (approximately 40 total) are required to be taken down from the parking area to access the unit. There is no elevator in this complex.
Additionally, please note that this condo & property are entirely non-smoking. If you are a smoker, you will need to exit the property's boundaries to do so.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes, in the condo or within any of the property boundaries. You will need to be out on the public road to smoke. Any proof of, or report of, smoking from the building manager will result in a $300.00 fee.
4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
