"The experience at this hotel was wonderful! Really friendly and helpful staff and the luggage transfer service recommended worked out great. The views from the property are amazing, and it was a good location for exploring the art museums from. Beautifully designed rooms also. I would stay again!"

"Great location in Okayama, right near the station and across from a great area for bars and restaurants. Was tricky to find initially from the station, but once you know the route its easy to go back and forth. Staff were very friendly and polite helping with holding bags before check in, amenities and changing money for the laundry. Room was typical Japan size so not much space to move around, but was only used for sleeping and resting as so much to explore in the city. Laundry was easy to use and there's an app on the TV that shows if the wash cycle is finished so you dont need to remember the timing yourself which is useful. "

"What a fantastic place. It was ideal given that I was visiting Naoshima. If you to the same, make sure you reserve a bike ahead of time. The baths they give you access to are also spectacular and it was the best breakfast I had while in Japan. They have lots of amenities and it’s beautiful."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very close to one of the most beautiful gardens and castle and close to the Okayama Station."

"Hotel incorporated into a velodrome away from the port but easy walk to catch the ferry to the islands. Lunch and dinner menu's offered are not up to Japanese standard so you need to eat at Uno port unless you want fried food. Breakfast okay but no fresh fruit. A word of warning even if you just want a drink at the restaurant after your day you need to book at reception on your return to the hotel. Also need to book shuttle if you want transfer to Uno station on any day. Bike hire available for taking on the ferry for Island tours. Rooms small so travel light as no room for larger suitcases."
