Great location and beautiful house-a few beds too uncomfortable to sleep on
We had a wonderful time, and the house is great. It was spotless and great layout. The game room was so much added fun. Owner shared great information on the surrounding area. The deck was perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings. Only complaint, two upstairs single beds only had boxsprings on them. That left two of the guests sleeping on the couch and futon...not what we planned on but made the best of it. The benefits of the house far outweigh this one glitch.

Friends shopping trip
This is our second year staying at this home. It is very close to North Conway's outlets. The house is great for a group to spend time together. The kitchen table is wonderful for playing games and just hanging out and chatting! We will be staying here if in the area again.

We will be back again!
This property was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back! It was so clean and Chris really thought of everything when I comes to staying here- from things to entertain children all the way up to adults and then some! It was such a cozy place and even though it rained some of our stay there was so much to do at the cabin we didn’t mind! Thank you Chris! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful house for a getaway
Amazing property and wonderful home! Pictures do not do the home justice, as this is a great property to relax at after a long day of hiking our outdoor adventures. Chris was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding the property and about the area. If we are back up in this area again would wouldn't hesitate to rent here!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Home
This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our annual family vacation to the North Conway area. Check in was so easy and Chris, the owner was a pleasure to work with. The house is big enough that everyone can spread out and have their own space but also has great space for everyone to enjoy dinner and hang out together. Close to all of the local attractions, but remote enough to feel private and secluded. The deck is wonderful to enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 9 enjoyed a beautiful stay at this Intervale retreat. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed home. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, pool table and that the kids had their own hang out area. We will certainly be back!

Weekend Getaway!
Long weekend getaway with family and we were looking for someplace to all be together and have a great time. This house was as lovely on the outside as it was on the inside. We comfortably fit as a family of 9 ranging age from 1-70! The kitchen was a perfect place for us to all to have our meals together and play some cards! It was also a super quick ride for our trip to Storyland. 10/10 will stay again! Thanks!

Great family getaway spot
This was a wonderful property to spread out, relax and enjoy the game room. We had 5 kids between the ages of 11 and 16 and they loved having their own spaces to play. Every floor has a lounge space so our group of 10 was able to spend time together or find places to have quiet time.

Friends shopping weekend.
My friends and I stayed at this property for our annual girls weekend shopping trip. It was just what we needed. Had a great space for getting together but also great space for those who wanted a quite space to read or rest. Had plenty of space for all 7 of us to hang out and play games. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. We decided we liked it so much that this will be our house we rent again for next year!

Storyland with friends!
Absolutely amazing time staying here! The house was perfect for our family and the Two other families we stayed with. So close to downtown shopping and storyland! Chris was wonderful. The beds were a little hard, but other than that this was 5 stars all around!!!

Golf get away
Was looking for a nice place that would sleep 7-8 comfortably and this property did not disappoint. Beautiful house that was located near the two golf courses we went to (Wentworth in Jackson & North Conway CC). The pool table, Adirondack chairs and gas grill were nice touches that we used during our 3 day stay. The property owner (Chris) was even nice enough to pick us up propane when we noticed it was out. Overall had a great time and Chris was a great host.

New Hampshire at its Best
This is our second stay in this cabin and our third stay with Christopher and Amy as hosts. That should say it all. The cabin is perfectly situated in Bartlett right outside of North Conway and just off the beaten path. It is a perfect location to access all that this area offers - hiking, tubing, Storyland, restaurants, shopping, the downtown area, and even our favorite ice cream shop. The cabin itself is warmly decorated and inviting with a beautiful ski themed layout. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are spotless, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We spent every night siting on the deck watching the Perseid meteor shower. We have been using VRBO for years, and I can honestly say that Chris and Amy are just two of the most down to earth, kindest, accommodating hosts who truly make your stay special. We are already planning to come back again next year.

Perfect location for family fun!
This house was perfect. 10 of us stayed here for a family get-a-way. It was clean and everything worked great! The house had everything you need. It was about an hour to Santa’s Village and Whale’s Tale. North Conway shopping area is 15 minute’s away. Perfect location! We would absolutely book this house again.

Quick getaway
We came up for a long weekend with friends that had a one year old baby. The house was great for him - there were toys stocked that were age appropriate and when stairs were blocked, everything was one level and safe for him to wander without worry. Chris was a great host and very easily reachable when needed. We had a great stay and absolutely would book again!

Great family getaway!
This was such a fun property for our family and one other family to stay for Santa’s village. Chris was amazing with communication and the place was charming! Great for families with little ones. Plenty of bathrooms! My only critique would be to have more basic linens like towels and wash clothes, sheets and blankets needed if necessary. Beds were a little creaky but not the end of the world. Kitchen has basic cooking supplies so I would recommend bringing any of your own (stoneware/good knives/peelers/spatulas/strainers/tongs etc and tools that you use of good quality of you plan on cooking) all utilities are up to date and working great! Plenty of restaurants around. There is a trash fee a long with a cleaning fee which is fine. So many great amenities! We loved both the fire pit outside and fireplace. He provides a ton of firewood and a starter kit for paper towels and toilet paper which is helpful! The wrap around deck was amazing and a good working grill! We would definitely recommend to all those families staying for Santa’s village. Thanks for having us and for all the great communication you provide.

Great place for Storyland visit
The house is wonderful for large groups- the front porch is an added bonus. The kitchen is great and has a large table for family meals. Chris, the host, was very responsive and supportive of our stay. Easy drive to all the attractions in the area but you feel miles away! Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

A much needed getaway
Great place! Design, layout, and decor were great! Lots to do in the house, pool and darts, at well as a surprise air hockey table. Appliances were modern and yeah for having a keurig. Lots of natural light. Really enjoyed our time there.

Happy Return
After a delightful Thanksgiving holiday in Intervale, we returned for Christmas. This large “cabin” is warm and comfy, with multiple separate spaces for family activities or individual quiet time. We most enjoyed the quiet and the fireplace. Thank you, Chris.

Thanksgiving getaway
Great house equipped with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner (ok, I did bring my big turkey roaster pan). We had three generations and made good use of the space and amenities. Nice house but not functional or welcoming
The house is gorgeous from the outside and nice decora on the inside but that's where it ends. As owners of our own VRBO rental we had expected something closer to what we provide. The entrance to the house is on the lower level into the game room. It's cold and uninviting. We never used the game room area at all. There isn't any TV to provide some entertainment if your not shooting pool. There is only a love seat to sit on and a couple of uncomfortable chairs and no tables. There is a small refrigerator that the can be used by the people sleeping downstairs. The kitchen cabinets were disorganized and full of items that should not have been there tying up space for food storage. There is only 1 lid to array of pots and pans. There was only 1 dish towel and 1 old scrubby sponge. The refrigerator was also leaking water on the freezer side. The bathrooms lacked washcloths. The bedrooms lacked dressers or closets with hangers for clothing storage. The one clothing furniture piece in the bedroom had broken knobs and door pulls. The remote in the living room isn't programmed to the TV so we had to use the side controls to turn it on and off and control the volume. The upstairs TV had a cable remote but no TV remote and the picture was terrible run through the component cables. The toilet paper level was low. The beds creaked and the doors squeaked. Not any fault of the owners but the design of the house was that it was very noisy. You can hear everyone and everything on every level. The house is located in a nice quiet area and close to everything. We believe the house has great potential with some amenity upgrades.

Loretta, as you say in your review that you are an owner of a VRBO home. Wouldn’t that have made sense to contact me directly to discuss instead of tainting someone’s business over bogus claims. This home is a log cabin and does have all wooden doors and some log style beds. Please read all previous reviews that have been mentioned prior to your stay. Two things that I may mention is: one you left the house a mess, trash left inside the house and not outside in the receptacles. Also multiple stains on several of the carpets that I discussed. I was going to charge you for the carpet cleaning fee, but as a nice person and what I communicated to you I decided to cover the cost. Also we let you check in three hours early without a blink of an eye or extra charge to you. Again in my listing everything is expressed and viewed from all the pictures listed on my VRBO site. Nothing to hide and communication is key for running your VRBO business. I certainly have communicated very well on my end and I would recommend you as well. We wouldn’t be a premier property if we didn’t do the right things. .

Perfect long weekend in North Conway
The house we rented was perfect for our family group. Each family had their own level w/ their own bathroom. The main level was plenty big for all to sit, relax and enjoy. We are game people- the kitchen table was plenty big for our board game nights. North Conway has so much to Offer- we hiked, jumped in the saco to cool off, hit the Cranmore Adventure park… and the little pub at the top. Visited Glen Ellis falls and they were gorgeous. Had dinner at Wildcat Tavern- it was perfect. And we ended our long weekemd with Storyland for the kids, and that never disappoints👍🤗 We would all recommend Chris and Amy’s log home.

We spent a week in August at this log cabin. This is our second stay in a cabin owned by Chris and Amy. If my 5 star ratings don't speak for themselves, let me say a few words. This cabin was beautifully situated in Bartlett, just outside of North Conway - a perfect spot for getting into town or exploring the nearby area. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, the game room was an added bonus, and the star lit view form the deck was fantastic. Chris and Amy are such warm, accessible,, and informative hosts - one could not ask for more hospitable people. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are going to book again.

Beautiful Log Cabin very close to Conway town area, Echo Lake, Story Land
Beautiful Log Cabin located about 10 minutes to Conway town area, Echo Lake, Story Land, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge. 4 bedrooms plus another room with a futon that can be used as a sleeping area upstairs, 3 full bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and a huge kitchen. The deck in the front is a huge rental plus --- was very relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee or have dinner/BBQ. Large circular driveway for plenty of parking and a firepit in the front yard as well. We were two families with young kids stayed here. We each had our own separate floors for quiet time when needed and the main floor for nice meals and playtime. The owner Chris was very attentive and helpful. Check in was easy and he was very responsive with answering questions on our stay. Would recommend to friends overall. However for paying a lot of money per night, a few cons were uncomfortable mattresses, bath towels were worn and thin, staircase carpeting was visibly dirty from previous renters, top floor shower was not great with water pressure and an additional trash removal fee that is required if you want to leave your trash (original cleaning fee in contract is already a lot),
