The bedrooms are separated from the living area and are really quiet and well laid out. "Rooms definately in need of some TLC. However, beds were comfy, amazing water pressure, never had to wait for hot water in the shower, fridge and microwave were great to have! Breakfast was good - the staff was very helpful in making sure you had everything you needed. I had a small problem in my room and the staff took care of it immediately. Everyone I came in contact was very nice. I could see this hotel being a great venue to host weddings, events... just needs some updating! Location is great with a short drive to Ithaca College. I would stay here again!"
