I had an amazing time. The property was beautiful. The communication with the host was on-point. Everything was clean and the host made it feel like a home away from home. I have no complaints and would love to book with the same hosts when I visit in the future.

Perfect place for Ithaca visit!

We came to Ithaca for our daughter’s graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanjay and Shu’s place. It was exceptionally clean, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable! After a very long day of travel, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit and pastries from Wegmans! Communication with the hosts was excellent, even providing me with links on parking for the graduation ceremonies. If you are visiting your child at Cornell, I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to campus, easy drive to get to campus and you have a place to park your car!

A great place to stay to explore the New York Finger Lakes area

We stayed at this property during a 2 week vacation to explore the Finger Lakes area of New York. It is clean and comfortable, neat and tidy, and located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood that's perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll after a busy day of sightseeing. Shopping is conveniently available just a few minutes away by car as is easy access to the major roads that traverse the Finger Lakes and the local attractions in Ithaca. The hosts were very responsive to communications both during the booking process and the stay, and respectful of our privacy. Overall, it's a great value as a "home base" for a short or long Finger Lakes vacation experience.

Positives: The owners are awesome and very helpful! I couldn’t ask for better hosts! The building and grounds are clean and well kept. Negatives: I didn’t read ahead of time that this was shared space. Maybe I missed it. It worked for us though because the owners were right there and they were helpful! They were very quiet so we hardly heard them. We are both hard of hearing though. I hope we weren’t too loud for them! This is more a one bedroom suite than a two bedroom with refrigerator, oven and dining table. The second “bedroom” is the fold out sofa in the living area. The fridge is a hotel size fridge. The oven is a toaster oven. The dining table is the bar with stools. Luckily we had our cooler so we made that work. The baking I had to do fit in the oven, one tray at a time so that also worked. Our third person was only there one night. Again, it worked. All things that we made work! But you should know if you need to keep food cold or do any baking. If you don’t need these amenities, the owners are great and the rooms are clean!

Convenient Location to Everything

Stayed in this cute little apartment while visiting my son and his wife in Ithaca. Sanjay was an excellent host and very responsive to questions I had. Apartment was very well-equipped -- he thought of everything! Appreciated the bottle of wine at check-in and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. My friend flew into the Ithaca airport for the weekend and this apt was just minutes from there. So easy! Thanks for a great stay!
