"Das Haus ist sehr schön und vor allem groß mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto wird benötigt, Lebensmittel Geschäfte sind nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Brötchen und einige Lebensmittel kann man allerdings in Karls Erlebnishof nebenan kaufen. Check In erfolgte über den Kontakt mit der Nachbarin. Für den Check Out bekamen wir von FeWo Direkt die Info 11 Uhr. Um Punkt 10 stand schon ein junger Mann vor der Tür und wollte sauber machen. Er war dann auch recht unfreundlich und stand bis wir übereilt gingen vor dem Haus. Das war leider Stress für alle Beteiligten. Die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und durchgelegen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine wünschenswert. In einem Schlafzimmer kein Kleiderschrank, dafür nebenan ein Raum mit Regalen, die aber voller Decken waren. Einen Garten gibt es nicht, aber eine Terasse mit Garnitur. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell in Binz und den anliegenden Orten sowie ins Ralswiek bei den Störtebeker Festspielen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten schöne 4 Tage auf Rügen und in diesem Ferienhaus."

"Der Wintergarten und die Terrasse, waren eine schöne Ergänzung zur schön eingerichtet en und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Das zentral gelegene Bergen eignete sich gut für als Startpunkt für Fahrradausflüge über ganz Rügen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
