"GW2泊しましたが、騒音もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。高知駅周辺まで徒歩20分で行けたので、バスやタクシーを利用せずコスパも良かったです。掃除道具も一通り揃っており、連泊には助かりました。 2段ベッドの揺れが大きかったので、もう少し頑丈な脚組だといいなと感じました。価格帯、オーナーの対応も良かったのでまた機会があれば利用します(^ ^) "

"Noisy Japanese male groups didn't close the door and keep talking loud even in midnight. Closing doors without holding the handles was really loud and disturbing at 12am. I understand it was a nice time to hang out with friends but should shut the doors to let other customers rest properly. Do not choose the option with room chosen by the hotel."

Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! "If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. "Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Kochi Castle & Hirome Market. Great buffet breakfast featuring specialty foods of Kochi. All the staff here provided exceptional service.
