Very nice property but the front desk are not the friendliest. Did everything they should have but not very warm or welcoming.

Room not cleaned on arrival (had to get another room), not cleaned on last day of stay (needed to go get towels from reception), doubt rooms are hoovered as carpet was filthy, all soaps empty in the bathroom (had to ask for a refill), huge spiders in the lobby. I've used this hotel for a few years and it's been more than adequate but somethings happened with staff/management perhaps as its not the service I would expect. Will give enso a miss now, shame.

I have stayed at the Enso on many occasions and I have had no issues, hence why we have continued to use this hotel for business trips. However, on this occasion (3 nights for 5 people), my room had clearly not been cleaned properly. The room stank of stale urine and I found a discarded bra lying at the side of a chair in the room, not behind or underneath, but just lying at the side of the chair. While on this trip, I injured my foot and asked at the hotel bar if I could have some ice to help reduce the swelling, I was given 2 cubes of ice. The following night I asked again and was given 1 ice cube. The third night the barman point blank refused to give me any ice whatsoever. The same barman then refused to serve drinks to my colleagues as the bar was closing in 20 minutes, after a bit of an exchange, the barman then served drinks, but put them in the hotel lobby/reception. He then proceeded to serve others who came into the bar after my colleagues had moved to the reception area. The Enso was a default hotel that we use for business, but I will not be using it again in the future.

Super för en övernattning

Stannade bara en natt för vidare färd söder ut. Blev glatt överaskad. Hotellet ligger en bit in från autoban, så det är lugnt o skönt.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider von zahlreichen Mängeln geprägt, die den Komfort und die Qualität erheblich beeinträchtigten. Das Zimmer war mit zwei einzelnen 90er Betten ausgestattet, die während des Schlafens ständig auseinandergerutscht sind. Die Betten waren extrem leicht, und es schien, als hätten sie sogar unterschiedliche Matratzen. Besonders ärgerlich war die defekte Toilettentür. Ich habe mich darin versehentlich eingeschlossen und musste von meiner Partnerin befreit werden. Zudem war der Abfluss verstopft, was dazu führte, dass das Wasser den Badezimmerboden überflutete. Aus der Lüftungsanlage kamen undefinierbare Geräusche, für die es keine Erklärung gab. Auch die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, da die Batterien nahezu leer waren. Zu allem Überfluss rieben die Türen der Dusche aneinander, was beim Öffnen und Schließen störende Geräusche verursachte. Nachdem ich mich – zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben – im Hotel beschwert habe, wurde uns ein sogenanntes Businesszimmer angeboten. Doch auch dort gab es zahlreiche Mängel: Die Minibar, die man in einem Businesszimmer erwarten würde, fehlte. Zudem war der Knopf der Fernbedienung defekt, und die Vorhänge wiesen im oberen Bereich Löcher auf. Alles in allem hat dieser Aufenthalt unseren Erwartungen in keiner Weise entsprochen. Die zahlreichen Mängel und die fehlenden Investitionen in die Instandhaltung des Hotels waren deutlich spürbar.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

iş icin Enso Hoteli tercih ettim. Hotels.com dan satin aldim. Otelden fatura (invoice) istememe ragmen alamadim. Hotels.com sayfasindan da fatura verilmiyor bunun yerine odeme makbuzu (receipt) veriyorlar. Bu belge (receipt) bir fatura(invoice) olmadigi icin sirketim tarafindan kabul edilmedi ve is icin gittigim seyahatin bedelini cebimden odedim. Bir daha asla Hotels.com dan alisveris yapmayacagim. Ayrica icinde minibar buzdolabi dahi olmayan kucucuk bir oda icin bu fiyati haketmiyor. Bir odeme belgesi bile vermeyen oteli asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Zimmer sind echt in die Jahre gekommen, uns wurde ein Business Zimmer angeboten als Upgrade, für ein Businesszimmer selten so etwas schlechtes erlebt. Ohne Kühlschrank, ohne Wasserkocher, ohne Kaffeemaschine, Wasser, dass Wasser, was es auf dem Zimmer gibt, kostet 4,50 Euro und der Außenparkplatz kostet 5 Euro, obwohl da auch der Küchentreff ist etc.. im Eingangsbereich stehen Schilder rum, eine Lidl Tüte also das ist echt erschreckend wie unordentlich die Rezeption ist und unter dem Bett wurde nicht richtig gesaugt, Krümmel lagen unter dem Bett. Hotel ist wirklich gar nicht empfehlenswert. Selbst das IntercityHotel am Bahnhof ist deutlich besser und hat eine bessere Ausstattung.

Wir sind immer zum Eishockey da. Die Saturn Arena ist direkt nebenan. Freundliches Personal an der Bar. Preis Leistungsverhältnis Frühstück passt. Leider keine gekühlten Säfte. Zimmer und Betten, da gibt es nix zu meckern. Ca. 1 km entfernt das Restaurant Bonschab mit Bayrischen Spezialitäten. Nur zu empfehlen.
