"Liked the free weekend parking , ease of check in although bit later than anticipated ( nothing to do with guesthouse) room was fine, and we were informed by staff re the likelihood of some noise due to a live band performing in the pub, we were aware of exterior noise but it was not overly loud and didnt prevent sleep. Plenty of stairs to navigate as room 11 is on top floor but otherwise a pleasant overnight stop. Suited our purpose as close to Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth Line just 5...

"Ghostly goings on, locking the door with no key meant I had to change rooms. Which was a real shame as the room looked amazing. New room still very good. Team friendly, no food being served so had to do a quick walk into the town, but plenty of choices available so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast basket is ok but my preference is for some sort of cooked breakfast but again not a deal breaker."
