My stay at The Leela was exceptional. My wife and I were spending a 3 night stay. It was my wife's birthday. Special thanks to Tithi and Subhashree who went out of their way to look after us in terms of organizing a cake and some special moments for us. They are truly genuine customer service providers and I would like to thank them for such an exceptional experience. I would love to be back and stay there again. My stay was comfortable and quite peaceful despite the festival atmosphere of the neighbourhood during my stay. Although a little shabby, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and obliging. I particularly enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. The bar at the top of the hotel was not as pleasant, however, and did not seem welcoming to solo female travellers. I would recommend the Springs Hotel for its excellent location and hospitality.
