- Quiet hours: 10 PM–9 AM
- Pool alarms on all access doors for safety
- Gardeners arrive Tuesdays at 9 AM
- No glass containers near pool or turf
- Max occupancy: 8 guests

Hot Tub / Spa Information (Please Read)
• The hot tub is propane-powered and connected to the home’s propane system (not a freestanding electric spa).
• Because of this, it cannot run 24/7 without impacting propane usage for the home (hot water, stove, etc.).
• The spa is heated on demand and is not kept on continuously.
• Please allow ~30 minutes to heat after requesting it to be turned on.
• For efficiency and safety, the system is set to automatically shut off after ~2 hours.
• If you’d like extended use, just let us know in advance and we can adjust the runtime.
• This setup is standard for built-in propane spas and is not intended to limit use — it simply prevents the home from running out of propane.
• Running the spa continuously would require significantly higher nightly pricing due to propane costs.

Bugs Happen
Our homes are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees, which can occasionally bring uninvited guests — bugs! Because guests come and go frequently, you may occasionally see insects, including roaches known as Palmetto bugs. These are the outdoor type that come from the trees, not the kind associated with dirty homes.

We have professional pest control service every quarter and do our best to minimize their presence, but we can’t completely control nature. Please know we’re doing everything possible to keep our spaces clean and comfortable — and we appreciate your understanding that bugs sometimes happen in Texas!
