Relax in Coachella Valley With Pool & Spa

Looking for the perfect getaway? Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to the pool or jacuzzi. It has a casita (attached) with a separate entrance for a private office or a guest. It features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a large open concept that brings the kitchen, living, and dining area into one. Plenty of nearby activities include golf courses, hiking trails, jeep off-roading, casinos, and the Coachella grounds for some live music. 

NOTE: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all tenants, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

If you use the BBQ grill, please turn the gas valve off at the tank to the closed position before you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No street parking. HOA will issue a ticket if a car is parked overnight. Renter will be responsible for any incurred fees.
Quiet time from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Noise travels easily in the desert, please be respectful of the full-time residents who live nearby.
No parties. If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge you $250 plus any ticket(s) associated with it.

First time renters.

We drove down to California after Christmas, found the house was just what we were looking for. It was in a good area for us, close to some of the golf courses we like to play. We thought that the TV cable channel selection was a little lacking as there was basically no sports channels. I think most Canadians are sports fans, I know we certainly are. Otherwise we golfed quite a bit & enjoyed our stay.
