1. Are there designated quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours are required by the City of Indio from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

During this time, outdoor noise is not permitted.



2. Are parties, events, or smoking allowed?

Parties and events are not permitted. We’re happy to allow small, respectful gatherings with up to 5 daytime guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the home; outdoor smoking is permitted provided all cigarette waste is properly disposed of. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleanup is required.



3. What are the parking limitations?

Private On-Site Parking: Spacious driveway accommodates up to 12 vehicles (no street parking permitted)



4. What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

The maximum occupancy is 20 registered guests, including overnight and approved daytime guests.



5. Are there security cameras on the property?

Yes. For safety purposes, security cameras are located at the Exterior to monitor the driveway (three exterior views only)



6. What information is required before check-in?

Before check-in, guests must provide:

7. Is the pool heated?

Yes, Seasonal pool heating is included at no additional cost during cooler months, ensuring a comfortable 84°F swim experience.



8. Are pets allowed?

Yes, a dog-friendly home. Up to 3 dogs with approval—first 2 stay free, $300 for an additional dog.



9. Can outside vendors (chefs, caterers, etc.) be brought to the property?

Yes. All outside vendors must be pre-approved prior to check-in and may be subject to additional fees and insurance requirements.
