Eclectic tropical house 1 mile away from Coachella/Stagecoach/ Polo Grounds, restaurants/bars and shopping with conveniently provided bikes upon request and 5 miles to The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This home is complete with kitchen/bath essentials beer pong table, a salt water pool/spa, ($65 per 8 hours of heating) a outdoor shower, and a brand new outdoor bar/kitchen! Wish I had more time to enjoy it but come do the honors a true entertainment or relaxation paradise getaway is awaiting your enjoyment! (Garage not part of the listing as it is my personal ADU)

Loved loved loved our stay at this property. It’s so darling, well equipped with perfect communication from host Martha. The area is great for festival stay, two beautiful well equipped bedrooms was perfect for our group of 4. Would happily rent this property again. Great job.

Relaxing!
We were not disappointed with this little slice of heaven! We brought our kids who each had a friend and our two little dogs. The house is in a great neighborhood, fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The house is also amazing, the photos don’t do it justice! We barely left the house, we chilled in the pool, watched movies and took lots of naps. Martha is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this listing!
