Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up: Place used bedding and towels in laundry room. Empty trash and recycle to bins on side of the house. Place garage remote on entry cabinet, all non-tv remotes in kitchen drawer next to LR.
Pool/Spa: Remove all pool toys/floaties from the pool. Place floating lights on ledge of spa with solar panels facing up to charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Awesome property. Must book for folks with kids and teens. They have a jacuzzi and pool with outdoor speakers and projector. A super hit. They also have a foosball table inside. Keeps kids occupied. Ginormous master suite.
