The Space:
Step inside our spacious 4BD home to find a large living room with an impressive fireplace and sliding glass doors to the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a large island for entertaining and family nights.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, plus 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. For your convenience, the living room includes additional space to sleep with a great sleeper sofa.
Outside, relax on the loungers, have a fun game of cornhole, or cook up a storm on the BBQ. This newly remodeled corner lot home offers a bright and open floor plan with lots of windows to fill the home with natural light.
Guest Access:
The house is a stand alone property in a quiet residential area. Guest's have access to the entire space.
**According to the homeowners association (HOA) regulations, guests are not allowed to use the lake or any of the community amenities**

FAQs
★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Pets are allowed for a fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.

We are approximately 5 miles, with an estimated driving time of around 7.5 minutes. The property is very conveniently located for festival-goers.
★ Is there an additional Guest Fee? ★
To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and help us maintain the property, we apply an additional guest fee of $15 per person for groups that exceed the standard occupancy.
Here’s how it works:
• Each property has a standard occupancy of 1 guest per bedroom.
• We allow one additional guest beyond that at no extra charge.
• If your group exceeds that number, the $15 fee will apply per extra guest.
