"Staff was really helpful, was able to to park right in front of my room, ac worked well. Only thing was the bed had a dip on the mattress n was uncomfortable to sleep."

"I stayed here for Coachella and the service was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy and weren't cleaned once during our entire 3-day stay. To make matters worse, the shower handles kept falling off every time we tried to turn the water on, and the stall doors wouldn't even close properly. On the first day, there was no toilet paper at all. The tent and the equipment provided were very dirty. My inflatable mattress deflated twice during the stay. While the lady on the golf cart was very helpful and kind when I told her about it, the overall management was non-existent. Even when the office was supposedly "open" on Saturday, there was nobody there to help. I also had to leave at 8:30 AM today without a proper checkout because the office was closed again. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene and getting what you paid for."

"Everything about this house was perfect. We just had our annual guys golf trip to Palm Springs and we enjoyed every minute of it. This house has plenty of room and the owners go above and beyond with the way the house is setup. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. This would be perfect for a family trip as well. I liked it so much, I might bring the wife and kids back for a few days. If you are thinking about renting this VRBO, do it. You won’t regret it. "

"Great for family fun. Pool area was perfect for hanging out in the sun, waterslide, and plenty of shade for those that wanted it. Kitchen was appropriately stocked for the number of guests and dining room tables both inside and out had enough chairs! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and kids loved the movie room/arcade! Responsive host. So happy we stayed! "
