Recent remodeling job - unfinished rooms. AC not working. No hot water first night. Shuttle driver was rude. When asked how he was doing he said he had been doing fine till he had to come pick us up from the airport. He also was maint. guy and was rude when having to fix the hot water issue. Dodi at front desk was really helpful. She even came in for overtime just to drive us to the airport. Other front desk help was good.

Not sure who decided to put in the noisy cheap looking flooring in the hallways and the rooms. Really bad choice, makes the footsteps in the hallway even louder, everything echos! The floor in the room felt dirty under your feet, the mirror was covered in something. Also did not appreciate the police pounding on the door across the hall at 1:00 in the morning. I understand that there are renovations going on, but having 4 or more parking spots blocked off does not help the customers park.

This property was very disgusting. The worst place I have ever stayed. I’m not sure that the sheets were even clean and the room certainly wasn’t. We did not stay here and left. Stayed somewhere else.

A ladder was left in the pool area and then a group of teenage boys grabbed it and threw it in the hot tub. Also the occupants in the next room were smoking cigarettes so then it stunk my room up.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the ladder was left in the pool area. It has been brought to the attention of the maintenance staff. As for the smoking in the room next to you. This is a non-smoking hotel. I wish you would have brought it to our attention while it was happening. It would have been delt with immediately.

Remodeling in process. The room had a stale smell to it which was awful. They didn't tell us there was another shuttle service from a different Wingate by Wyndym that was used in the airport area since we got on that which took us to the wrong hotel. We had to go back to the airport & wait on the other hotel shuttle. Wasted an hour & a half on that! Need to number the vans or something different on that!!

Needs some updating
We stayed in a two room suite. Needs updating badly. Doors broken, seals on shower falling off, seals on whirlpool tub falling off, toilet didn't flush all the time and when we pulled the lid to tank off to check why it was being held together inside with a paper clip. Drawers and cabinets filthy.
