Welcome to the Bluebell at Fountain Square - a hip, funky, and vintage neighborhood located in downtown Indianapolis and made famous by HGTV’s Good Bones. This newly renovated home boasts luxury, comfort, and style centrally located within the city. Enjoy the public art and socially diverse open spaces. Check out distinctive recreation and nightlife, enticing eats, and quirky shops. Then, come home and relax in this 3 bdrm 2.5 bath with fenced-in backyard, full kitchen, and laundry access.

There is a shared wall, which is well insulated, but please note there may be some minor noise if guests are renting the other house.
