Welcome to Lazy Sunday Rentals! This home is beautifully designed, comfortable and fully loaded with amenities! Newly renovated and pet friendly, the home is located in the desirable Fountain Square area near downtown and a short drive to Indy’s main attractions.

We've designed this space for you to relax and unwind. Bluetooth speakers are featured, including a vinyl record player. The home has a remote workspace with 300 mpbs WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee bar w/ locally roasted coffee, books/game, super comfy beds and more.

The house was great to stay in, organized and very close to a lot of entertainment, dining and breweries. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in in awhile! Also convenient that it is dog friendly (the house and the stores/breweries).

The Blue Villa far exceeded our expectations! The house is so cute and was very accommodating! The amenities were plentiful and the homeowners were easily accessible. Plus, everything had QR codes on it if you had any questions, you could watch a short YouTube video. Would definitely stay there again!

This little house had a lot of character. The communication from the owners was top notch. The welcome binder was organized and very helpful. Everything in the home was labeled and easy to use. We appreciated that there is an alarm system that is usable by the guests. The neighborhood was quiet and the checkout process quick and easy. Would stay again!

We stayed one night at The Blue Villa and it was perfect! Loved all the details and added touches the owners put into the house! From the labels, QR codes, decore, and security system. It made things feel very welcoming and homey! We especially enjoyed the artwork throughout the house! The bathroom pictures made us laugh!! 😍 Thank you again!!

My bestie/sister, myself, and our 4 animals had a great time! The dogs loved the outdoor area, especially at night with the fairy lights out there. The house was well-stocked, checking in was super fast and easy and the house exactly fit our personality (quirky and bright!). We are both college professors who travel quite a bit for work and fun and 9/10 times we will only go if we can bring our dogs. Carly was welcoming and extremely understanding of our troop of pets and we will absolutely be staying there again!
