Our 2688 sq ft house comes with everything you need for the group. The bright and open space works well for friends, couples, and families who want luxury and fun.
Our space comes with a pool table and foosball table for fun games with the group! The living room has a Smart TV that comes with cable, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix, plus complimentary Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
All of our bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and brand-new linens so that you can get a great night’s sleep while you’re here:

By booking, you agree to all house rules:
******A signed rental agreement and proof of ID will be required within 3 days of booking in order to finalize reservation.******
-A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay!
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Pets 30 lbs. or less are allowed for an additional $150 fee, plus $50 per additional pet but please keep them leashed in the common areas.
-For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
