No nonsense hotel with kitchen area, nice sized rooms, very clean. Price was very reasonable, we will be going there again for sure! Close to Noblesville, where we were visiting family.

Unfortunately, there were multiple larvae in the bed. We moved to a different room and both beds there had the same larvae as well, like we saw 6-10 on each bed. It looks like they’re carpenter beetle larvae sand they’re probably all infested and they really need to do get every room exterminated. The entire place smelled terrible like pee and mold, The lady at the front desk was very kind I really appreciate her.

It was ok, the building could have been a little more cleaner, it was ok, the tv was positioned stupid which made it uncomfortable to lay in bed and watch t.v.

The location was good. The property not so much. The staff was very slow at the bullet proof hosted desk. They had no computer to check us in but instead an iPad and she couldn’t work it. Took 30 min. The tv was so small and facing the complete opposite direction of the bed so you can’t lay or sit on bed and watch tv. Room was basic no pictures on the wall Or anything. Mini kitchen with no utensils cups or anything in it so why provide the kitchen? For the price it’s good if you’re just looking for sleep.

I paid for the room and they wanted to take another $100 for a deposit I didn’t have the deposit a broke leg and couldn’t even sleep in my car because my window was busted and being repaired the next morning. She would not let me get the room I paid for and would not refund my money ridiculous

When I checked in management was very disrespectful, I was there a hour and they was trying to come in my room didn’t even knock on the door so I checked out , then I was told because I reserved my room I couldn’t be checked out to the following day Because I reserve it through Expedia. So they gave me receipt for my deposit $100 I wasn’t told that before I booked the room.. so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody

Not told there was a dog limit. In town for the 5-day dog show. Middle of 3rd day while trying to nap, manager knocks and says he's doing a room check. We had 4 small dogs. He told us we must leave. Asked if any complaint. Answer was no. Even refunded damage deposit immediately. I've been showing dogs for 34 years and never had this happen before.

A fine place to land for a short bit of time.
It's a budget hotel, and it felt as such. It was over clean and the studio was nice and spacious. There was a musty odor that was everywhere, and so that made it seem less "clean." Didn't really use and services in the 3-day stay, so can't really comment. The studio had a full refridge/freezer and that was very nice to have (could keep meals like Lean Cuisines, etc). Pretty quiet, safe area of town with a WalMart very close by and Target just a couple of stops north off the interstate.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. First off, it is difficult to find the front desk to check in when you pull up to the building. The receptionist was not welcoming at all. Just handed me the paperwork with x’s to show me where to sign. She then handed me the room key and didn’t tell me where to go. I had to ask her. The hallways and the elevator were very dirty. The room is old but at least it was clean. Before 9am the cleaning staff was already cleaning the hallways, making very loud noises with the vacuum. Check out is at 11am and at 9:42 a cleaning staff knocked my room door asking if I was checking out anytime soon so she can clean.
