The Space:
Note: Top floor of the building. The fourth "bedroom" is a twin bunk in the main entrance way. please make sure you review pictures clearly. Reach out if you have questions.
Bedroom 1 – The master bedroom is right off the Dinning room. The room has a smart tv and King bed. There is an in-suit bathroom with a modern bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – A cool bunkbed room with two queen beds on the bottom and two full beds on top. There is an in-suite bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious. The toilet and shower can be closed to allow others in the room to use the bathroom and sink to get ready.
Bedroom 3 – Has a queen bed with a smart tv. There is no bathroom attached but the third bathroom is right outside one of the entrances.
Bedroom 4 – This is NOT a real bedroom but two twin bunk beds right in the front entrance to the condo.
Just because we allow a certain amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet.

Large group? We have you covered with over 12 listings in the same building.
The Neighborhood:
Georgia Street and Meridian Street. The whole sale district within walking distant to everything. The downtown police station is just across the street.
Getting Around:

Clean, fun, convenient place to stay!
The unit was very clean and the location was great for walkability! A group of couples went for a concert and it was a perfect place to stay after the concert and just talk and have fun!

Great Place!
Amazing location. Easy walk to everything downtown. We were in for the Jags colts game and had a blast! Was able to walk to bars, restaurants and the stadium. Highly recommend this place and we look forward to returning next season. 🐆🏈

A perfect stay! The Loft is spacious and clean to my meticulous standards. It’s creatively and tastefully designed…and somehow that makes a big difference to the enjoyment of any trip. The pool table adds to the fun and fills in the spaces between planned activities. The location is in the middle of it all. We walked to the convention center, St.Elmos Steakhouse, Cigar Bar and so many other cool dining options. Parking is a block away and a little complex but well worth working through the details for an enjoyable stay. Hunter was quickly responsive to our needs.
