Please make our home yours for the duration of your stay! You will have access to the entire home (excluding the unfinished basement). There is free parking on the quiet street in front of our home and also a 2 car detached garage. Our home is equipped with smart locks at both the front and rear entrances. You will receive your unique code provided to you before check-in.

We have a keypad entry that gives a completely contactless checkin.

Our home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be considerate of them as you stay in our home. Quiet hours are strictly enforced at 10 pm and we have a strict no party policy.

For safety and security, we have 3 exterior cameras which are located on the side of the house, back yard and alley. We also have a doorbell camera.
KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

- This property has noise and smoke detector. Tampering devices is not allowed.
- We love pets. However, to accommodate guests allergies we do not allow pets in this house.
- Security deposit is required for this property. Damage deposit is optional and can be purchase in the identify check platform.
- Guests screening required for all guests after booking and will not be waived. Screening must be completed 72 hours before check-in. Entrance in the property only allowed after completing the identity screening. Failure to do so will trigger a cancellation.
- Rental agreement required 72 hours before check-in.

For everyone’s safety and a smooth check-in:
The person who made the booking (main guest) should be present at arrival.
If you’re booking for friends or family and won’t be staying yourself, just let us know in advance through the platform and share the names, address and phone of all guests who will be staying.
Without this notice, we may not be able to complete check-in.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTION
- Remove all trash from bathrooms and kitchen before leaving. Put the trash in trash bin located at the garage.
- Leave garage controller by the kitchen countertop
- Leave back porch door keys in the key locker
- We include standard cleaning after your stay—thank you for helping us keep the home tidy so extra deep cleaning isn’t needed.
