• Primary Bedroom: Two full beds

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + TV

• Bedroom 3: King bed

Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet, providing plenty of storage for longer stays.

The living area features ample seating, including a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, and a 70" Smart TV. Whether you’re streaming your favorite shows or gathering after a day out, this space is designed for comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to enjoy meals at home, while nearby restaurants and takeout options offer plenty of variety. Step out onto the porch to enjoy your morning coffee or relax under mature trees that create a peaceful setting year-round.

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located just minutes from Downtown Indianapolis and close to the Bottleworks District, Mass Ave Arts District, Kan-Kan Cinema, and a wide variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops. Major attractions like White River State Park, Newfields, the Children’s Museum, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse are all within a short drive, making this an excellent home base for work or play.



Getting Around:

We are only 7 minutes from downtown! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
