We were in Indy for a family wedding. This property was located within five minutes to the wedding venue, so it made everything so convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family and provided everything and more that we needed.

Lovely home - great neighborhood - close to downtown

I booked this property a year ago, so this was my second stay here. That should be enough to tell you how lovely the house, the neighborhood, and the owner are. If I had anything negative to say, it had a slight pet odor (I think pets aren’t allowed) when I first walked in, but nothing a little for Febreze couldn’t take care of. I will most likely book this same property next year on my annual visit.

Clean and comfortable home with an updated kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable beds! Communication was great and check-in went smoothly. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest and the only parking available was across the street. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely stay again!

Nice place for a couple nights stay.

The home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was decent. All of the basic needs were provided. It was easy to get good delivered and Ubers. Would stay again.

Nice house for family in town for graduation

This was a really nice house set-up well for a family stay. The bedrooms were set up well and beds were very comfortable. We cooked a number of meals and the kitchen had what we needed. Jim was a very good host and responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had while at the house. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Spring Break

This house was perfect for our family of 5 with three young kids. Across the street from a great park and plenty of space to spread out made for a really comfortable stay! It’s located close to everything we wanted to do!
