• 2nd floor includes a stocked chef's kitchen and generous-sized living room (with queen murphy bed) plus a 1/2 bath.

• 3rd level includes primary master bedroom and ensuite bath + an additional bedroom + full bath + laundry.

• 4th floor has workspace + bar + queen murphy bed + deck.



There is also a private 2-car garage with a ping pong table for your use. Please park in your garage or in front of it. If you need more parking, there is also street parking easily available.



Guest Access:

You and your guests will have access to the entire home.

Please note that this home is located in a centrally located Indianapolis neighborhood that is both walkable and very safe. Due to its proximity to a main road, guests may experience ambient noise from traffic and surrounding activity throughout the day and evening.



While many guests enjoy the convenience of the location, those sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration when booking.
