The staff was rude. The website has a pool and the pool appeared to have a whirlpool but, it wasn't. Breakfast bar lacked variety.

Room was clean. Staff was decent. The hotel put us in a room that backed to the elevator and it was loud all night. Upon check in we were quickly in the room, got unpacked and left again. It wasn’t until after coming back from our evening did we realize it would be an issue. We slept with a sound machine on and hoped for the best. It was so loud! As a hotel, you know it’s loud. Why give people that room or let them know and give them the option? When we said something at the front desk, she was a bit dismissive about it and blew it off like it’s no big deal.

It was very clean but not enough parking. King bed suite very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. A lot of options. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Although the property appeared to be recently renovated, the room was oddly appointed and could have used a bit more furniture and decor to feel finished. There was also an unfavorable odor in the lobby and elevator. The traffic noise from the highway was audible throughout the night. However, the comfortable bed and quality breakfast were up to the usual HIE standard.

Needed a room for a Conversation in Indianapolis, came across this room. Price was very competitive, and great value. Once checked in, the room was great, clean, and comfortable amenities. My only issue was a tiny bathroom area, but I'm a big guy so.....I would definitely stay here again.

The property was good. The shower was beautiful but you either have to have scalding hot water or cold water could not get it to warm.

The cleanliness, room design and staff friendliness are the top features. I liked the hard floors throughout and the room design. The things that could be improved on: There was a good 2 inches under the door that brought in a lot of hallway noise. There was no bolt on the inside that you flip to ensure no one can get in even if they have a keycard. This made me nervous as a woman traveling alone. The last day, there was no hot water. I'm not a fan of cold showers. The walls were thin and the guy in the next room talking on his phone kept me up into the wee hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Dear. Tracy, WE are so sorry to hear about the inconveniences. I will defiantly have our maintenance crew look into those issues. As far as the hot water we did have an emergency and had to shut the water off drain the tank and refill it. Unfortunately, it takes a while for it to fill back up and become hot again. We hope you give us another try in the near future.

The property is well maintained the pool is nice just a side note don't look at the picture of the pool because you'll think there's a hot tub there is no hot tub the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from

Didn't like parking. The parking area was to small for everyone to park. The staff was polite and helpful when we had an issue with kids slamming doors and yelling in the hallway late at night they resolved the issue.

Great Value
Beds are comfortable, good size TV, awesome breakfast, pool was wonderful. Only bad part was that the elevator quit working and being on the fourth floor made it an interesting morning.

Hotel was modern and clean. My only complaints would be that the elevator was closed the entire morning we were there, and going up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't easy for my pregnant wife. The other issue was the hot tub was ice cold. Overall nice hotel with good breakfast
