1. poor communication from property. received one communication at time of the reservation. then heard nothing until vbro sent a second confirmation two days before arrival. tryed to contact on the options from this communication but just received an error message. after approximately an hour on the phone and trying to contact on line. Was told we would receive the access code prior to check in time. received an email at 3:51 PM. 'fortunately my wife could look up email on her phone but i can't. the property manager assumes everyone lives through teir phone. 2. there is a small tree stump by the parking area that is not visible at night. We arrived after dark and hit the stump. We are having the underside of the car checked for damage. 3.
we arrived after dark. all the interior lights were turned off. almost fell on the step down at the entrance. It was difficult to find the light switches for the kitchen, front room, and bedroom in the dark. having lighted light switches woud help. 4. property was clean and otherwise acceptable.
