About this property

A Boho Chic Choice with Great Parking

  • A time travelers dream featuring true vintage furnishings and contemporary art decor. The tiki ensuite sleeps two with a tropical twist as the city view ensuite captures the energy of the mile-square. Mixing the best of decades in the bright and spacious living/Event room includes a full size MCM dining table, funky 80s seating and 60s hollywood glam velvet sofa. Bright galley kitchen and bar for snack and cocktail prep. Free parking is available in our controlled, lighted and video monitored lot. Free off-street parking is available as well.

    Other things to note
    Kitchen is nicely equipped with tools including bar ware. I continue to stock the kitchen with many necessary and a few not quite as necessary condiments, oils, spices, and other items.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You may leave the last trashcan but not anything that doesn’t fit in it like take out containers or pizza boxes, etc. Piled up trash outside of the container is a no no.
Wash the dishes as per house rules. Get them to washed and rinsed level and I will take care of the rest.
Excess food, etc. will be routed to local “in need” folks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Failure to provide ID as outlined in the rental agreement can/will result in a cancellation of booking for reason code “Conflict with House Rule”
$400 fee for indoor smoking/vape. False guest/ pet count will be assesed a $200 fee and per day per guest/pet fees will apply. See rental agreement.
Do dishes. Items that don’t fit inside the trashcan need to be ran to the dumpster in the parking lot.
