This thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is filled with natural light and designed for both short and extended stays.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed + workspace + TV

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed

All bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets, making this home ideal for longer stays.

The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, including a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, and a 70" Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy, while nearby restaurants and takeout options offer convenient alternatives. Enjoy meals together in the dining area or unwind on the porch, shaded by mature trees that are especially beautiful in the fall.

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, this home offers easy access to the Bottleworks District, Mass Ave Arts District, Kan-Kan Cinema, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutique shopping. You’re also a short drive from White River State Park, Newfields, the Children’s Museum, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The neighborhood strikes a perfect balance between residential comfort and urban convenience.



Getting Around:

We are only 7 minutes from downtown! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
