I'm not one to typically leave hotel reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels and their cleanliness, so much so that I typically bring my own cleaning supplies to clean my room. However, it wasn't needed at all in this hotel. The floors were clean, the bathroom looked spotless and I slept great. I would definitely stay here again

Pet friendly hotel, with hard floors often means, poorly cleaned hard floors. The floors in my room were extremely clean, Bathroom was extremely clean, Bed is on a pedestal so there are ni "dust- bunnies". Small fridge, in-room Kuerig-style coffee maker, so you can brew coffee you know you like by bringing your own Pods I will surely stay here again.

Came for Gencon. The hotel was just fine for our needs. Spacious rooms, the beds were comfy. The hot water took forever (2-3 minutes of running the water) to get to the shower. We had an issue when setting up some boardgames in the lobby where, on one side of the table one of the speakers in the ceiling was dripping condensation and on the other side of the table an air vent was doing the same. No drips in our rooms, however. The continental breakfast was okay. Powdered eggs and slices of ham that were sitting in some sort of clear liquid. The OJ tasted like water and there was no butter. Ended up going to Denny's or elsewhere for breakfasts. Didn't have housekeeping clean up the room because our safe was broken and we had no way to ensure our valuables were safe. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is very nice, as were the rooms. Our only complaint: The breakfast was awful, almost inedible, and inconsistent with the quality of the hotel.
