Walking distance to Convention Center, Lucas Oil, Monument Circle, and all downtown restaurants. Property is located one block off of I65 and I70. A special place in the shadows of Lucas Oil Stadium.

    This property is located in the Stadium Village (Lucas Oil). Up and coming area for Hotels and Restaurants. Next to Rolls Royce and Eli Lilly. Home build 1895 with totally renovated 1997. Owner has 4 homes next to each other in a safe private location. Private patios and easy access to I65 and I70 (just 2 blocks).
