The front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly and competent. It was mostly quiet except for early morning when the workers at the next door newspaper company arrived for work and played radios loudly. This hotel does not have an elevator so it is not suitable for those with disabilities who would want to stay on the 2nd floor. Finally, the morning breakfast is subpar unfortunately, with plain scrambled eggs and puny looking “French toast” sticks. However, there is a waffle making machine which looked fine but we didn’t try it. Our room was clean, the shower and AC/Heat worked just fine. The TV was glitchy at times but basically just fine.

The hotel rooms were clean and good. I would visit the property again for that reason. The breakfast on the other hand was skip worthy.

One of the best hotel stays I've had in a while.
Pros: The check in process was the fastest I've ever had. The hotel was very quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. There were extra blankets and pillows in the room. Shower was very hot and great water pressure.
Cons: Even though there were a range of pillows of desired firmness, they were well used and very uncomfortable (lumpy). Thankfully we brought an extra. The breakfast was ok, but a little over cooked.
If we return to the area we would stay again.

The hotel is very convenient for everyday emergencies, shopping, groceries, it helped me to stay ahead of the basic challenges in life, it was clean for the most part, it could use more attention to detail when cleaning, maybe some updated plumbing but I enjoyed my stay...

I booked through Hotels.com. I realized that the hotel was much farther from where we needed to be. I called the hotel to see if i could switch my reservation to another hotel within their chain and to cancel. I was told that she didn’t have the authority to do so. When hotels.com tried to help me, the hotel checked me in illegally as I never went there and apparently they would not refund me either. Moving forward, I have a lot of friends in the racing community and will definitely ask the community to boycott all Radisson hotels. I’m so disappointed in the lack of humanity and the concentration on money only. I did end up booking a hotel closer to the track we were racing at.

Thank you for your feedback. FYI, the reservation was made through Expedia with a non-refundable and non-cancellable policy. Hotels can not switch reservations with other hotel. The credit card on the reservation belongs to Expedia not the guest. This reservation was a prepaid reservation, so we are not the one who could refund you. We receive payment from Expedia not from you. In future please make sure that your reservation is cancelable before confirming it, so this situation don’t happen again.

A WASTE OF MONEY although the beds are comfortable
I was in town for my daughter’s major surgery- a double mastectomy. I wanted someplace to stay overnight with her boys so we could check on her the next morning before I took them 2 1/2 hours away for the 4 1/2 days. I chose country inn because of the ratings AND the fact the it had an indoor pool WHICH UNFORTUNATELY but NOT in working order AND was NOT even mentioned upon check in. There were OLD water stains on the bathroom walls and there were like bleached out spots on the carpet in the hallway.

Unexpectedly our pool water boiler was damaged by misconduct by a guest. We have ordered a replacement unit because of extended delays in parts. We expect this should be fixed as soon as the new unit arrives. The year mark is for glue, they was used to secure the base. We did communicate with you, if you would like to use the pool but the water is not going to be warm and it was decided not to use it. Thank you for your understanding and hope we can earn your trust during your next visit.

This is the second time I stayed here while visiting my son. They do not disappoint. The room is clean & comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. They kept us comfortable with fresh towels daily, clean trash cans and a hot breakfast. Only thing I would ask would be that they turn up the temp on the water heater. We only had lukewarm showers

I came to this hotel late, and very tired. The poor manager was dealing with an entire sports team ahead of me, but handled it all with grace and friendliness to everyone. My room was excellent, neat and well appointed. Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly. I would return any time.

The first room had a bad odor. Second room smelled better, but window had a ply board on the bottom of window. Carpets need to be cleaned-odor. Towels old. Breakfast eggs, sausage, and biscuits looked old. Raisin Bran edible. Fruit loops were stall.

The sink was almost completely clogged with stranger hair. The beds have metal rods sticking out the sides that i banged my shin on. The air conditioner started loudly rattling in the middle of the night and the only fix was to shut it off and sweat. Discovered before leaving that the window was broken, with a gap to the outside big enough to get my fingers through.
