This amazing property is in the most sought-after neighborhood in the Coachella Valley. Located the heart of Indian Wells, south of highway 111 just off of Fairway Dr. situated among some of the valley's most treasured midcentury homes. This home contains three-bedrooms / two baths and 2,300 square feet of comfort.

The resort style backyard is built for entertainment, complete with private salt water pebble tech pool (not heated), fire table, bocce court/putting surface, full outdoor kitchen with 5 burner grill, flat top griddle, wood burning pizza oven, mini fridge and sink.

Master bedroom has 1 king-sized Bed, 55-inch Smart television with Apple TV, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, roman tub and double vanity sinks. Slider with access to backyard and pool.

Bedrooms #2 and 3 have queen beds, 55-inch Smart televisions and access to the hall bathroom with shower and single vanity.

The property features driveway and street parking however no garage access.

There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
