"We stayed here for 6 nights in May - we were in town for our son's graduation from Florida Tech. The house was a great base for us to relax in, whilst attending college events and saying our final farewells to lovely Melbourne, as College parents.The house is on a quiet stretch of beach and we really enjoyed the ease of access to it from the house. We used some of the beach supplies that the home offered - beach chairs, SUPs, paddle/ball game.The house itself is decorated to a high standard and everyone said the beds were comfortable. I loved all the colourful wallpapers in the bathrooms and laundry room. The bathrooms had shampoo and body wash on hand.The house is split over numerous levels, with all the bedrooms on the top floor - the views can't be beaten! All in all, this is a great house for those that can manage stairs! We did laugh at our daily step count and our circling of the living area, trying to remember which staircase took you up or down! We ate in several nights and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies for a party of 5 - my only suggestion would be the addition of a couple of larger saucepans! Our host, Gibbs, was super attentive, and he was also very understanding, when I drove over one of his sprinklers in the front yard! He also offered us early check in/late check out, without us even asking - that was much appreciated and great customer service!This is a great house and you won't regret booking it!"

"Unfortunately the bottom suite is greatly affected if guests are staying above. Our Sleep was greatly affected by upper music, although not overly loud. Sound travels thru the floor very easily. Walking around till 2AM with various squeaks in the floor caused a very difficult time sleeping below. Home overall was reasonable but items in the home were all very cheap causing issue. Toaster smelt like an electrical fire. Maintenance team is under qualified for the tasks they perform. Kitchen cabinet fell on us upon checking in as it have come off the hinges. Seems more of a duct tape approach to repairs. Access to beach was awesome. "
