"The bungalow was totally charming, very well maintained and felt like a private oasis! All of the appliances, fixtures and furniture was excellent quality. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to even prepare a gourmet meal. The bed in the master was amazing, might just have to reach out for the brand!! My family said all the other beds were great. We were visiting for a "Celebration of Life" and didn't get to spend as much time enjoying all of the amenities...but my sisters lives only a mile away and we will definitely be back to enjoy it more fully. Lastly Miriam our host was graciously spot on in her communication from beginning to end!"

"Overall, our time here was amazing! We stayed two nights and held an event (there was a very reasonable extra cleaning fee). Alberto’s communication was excellent and speedy. The pictures on the listing are a little blurry so I was a little concerned, but the property exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, large, and beachy! The only part that was not perfect was the downstairs apartment with a few unclean ceiling tiles, and it felt a little clinical & forgotten down there. Overall, a great location! Barely any people at this area of the beach, saw tons of sea turtles, and everything was fully stocked in the houses!"

"This was our 3rd visit to the Gullhouse property and it was fantastic once again. Pristine beach that feels private. Clean and comfortable beach house with the most amazing views. The owners are good communicators and super accommodating. The Sea Glass is our Florida secret!"

"Great location for those looking for beach side relaxation with family. You can easily accomendate part of the family downstairs with its own kitchen, two bedrooms and bath. Accomendations worked prefectly for grandchildren and their parents there and rest of the family upstairs with full kitchen and wonderful view of the waves crashing on the beach. Everyone who stayed there and all the family that came to visit loved the place. Really appreciated having a gate to close and keep our dog safe in the yard. Even if he did manage to escape to run on the beach by himself.It would have been nice to have more clothes / towels, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. We like to be able to clean counters and floors after each meal but had to resort to paper towels. Kinda wasteful. Some better knives and utensils would be great, however I understand that not all renters take proper care of those items so it may not be worth the investment.I think the host Obed was very caring and accomendating. Made me feel like I was renting from a friend. I would definately stay here again."
