"This hotel is so underrated! It’s a hidden gem of luxury in the suburbs. It’s impossible to find a luxury hotel outside of the city, but this is it, folks! First, it’s gorgeous and clean! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have a full spa, restaurants, a coffee shop that exceeds my expectations every time I go and they eve have gelato! This is our go to when we come to the city. but don’t want/need to go into the city. It’s off the beaten path, but within 10 min to anything in Naperville and surrounding area. Book it! You will be so happy you did! "

"Check in was great. Fast and easy. Room was clean. One negative was the TV kept freezing up. We unplugged it to rest and it still was feeezjng. Tried to watch a movie and couldn’t cause it would freeze every few minutes for about 2 minutes. SO annoying "
