Polite staff, but unhelpful, when I booked, I am pretty sure I did so with an ensuite, when I checked in I was told the bathroom was down the hall (not what I booked), for the price bracket and star rating, this was a big no no. I was told I couldn't cancel, the staff polite but unhelpful. I lost money and re booked elsewhere. The hotel felt and smelt like a student halls of residence, the first impressions once inside where appalling. So if you have to make a booking, make certain you have booked an ensuite room.

A bit dated, but beautiful situated and appointed. Little ways from everything.
