"Awesome warm house. Best thing - fireplace with proper ventilation and setup. Would be nice to have some wood in stock in case of power outage since propane tank uses electric pump, no diesel generator.Good kitchen setup with appliances that we used abundantly. Bathrooms are clean but can use some renovation and big minus - absence of shampoo and body wash. Could use refillable containers attached to walls. We had to use soap. Good towel service. Firepit was clean and we used it to warm up ourselves during outside hangouts in 15F degree weather. Very thoughtful placement of shoe mats to prevent snow and salt from hitting floors.Could add more wine glasses, shot glasses. Otherwise kitchen dining sets were great.Overall 5 stars, great location and house."

"We had a truly memorable Christmas stay in this home. It was warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained—perfect for celebrating the holidays together. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the peaceful setting made our Christmas feel extra special. Communication was seamless, and she even allowed us to put up our own real Christmas tree! We would absolutely return and highly recommend for a holiday getaway. "

"Easy check in however we waited at the gate for a while to get into the gated community. Coming down the driveway there were beautiful deer! We went for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had nearly everything we needed. Hot tub was great! Lots of room for sleeping and rooms were spacious. Cons: beds were uncomfortable, very firm. If you have the downstairs bedroom and someone is upstairs above you, you can hear every creak for every step taken. I would absolutely stay here again, the house was perfect for our family to gather together.We had a bonus wildlife encounter with the deer, they were beautiful! "

"House was very clean and had everything you needed. We didn't end up using the hot tub because it was extremely windy during our stay. Would recommend an upgrade to the pots and pans. Also, we couldn't get the k-cup portion of the coffee maker to work. Luckily, they supplied coffee and filters to make a carafe. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The neighborhood was very peaceful."
