"The property had been cleaned and was in reasonably good condition. There was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that really detracted from the positives. This was surprising because it was listed as a nonsmoking property. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarettes, then this is an economical and convenient place to spend the night."

"The property was near places to eat and to where we needed to be that night for our nephew's performance. We did have one question for the host who returned our call within a few minutes to clear the issue quickly."

"Our room was very comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Julie was very friendly and greeted us as we arrived. It was very clean, quiet and close to the village of Schroon Lake. It was a busy weekend for the area. We got take out at DeCeseare's Pizza. Took it back to the room and relaxed.There were plenty of toiletries and soft towels in the bathroom. Definitely would stay there again."
