PET-FRIENDLY - Twilight Cabin a Unique Waterfront Log Cabin

*** We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our home for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. We are disinfecting all doorknobs, faucets, remote controls, cabinets, dressers, chairs, tables and we also put disinfectant in the water for cleaning the floors. We are washing linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed with hot water and we are also stocking our home with essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. ***

*Pet fee is 100 for one dog.*

This a very special cabin built by a master craftsman with logs from our property. It has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and AC. It has normal heating system and a wonderful stone fireplace for pleasure. The cabin comes will all the modern amenities. There is WiFi. There is a swimming pond and paddle boat just steps outside the cabin. There is a fire pit. There is a charcoal barbecue grill The cabin is an open great room with a Queen bed, a Queen sofa bed and a day bed that opens into two twin beds. The cabin is great for a couple or a family of 4.
The cabin is only one mile to some great skiing at Gore Mountain, swimming at Minerva Lake or Thirteenth Lake. Whitewater rafting at the Hudson is only a few minutes and shopping and dining at North Creek is only 2 miles from us. Lake George is about 25 minutes.
There is a 4 bedroom Log House across from the pond which can sleep 10 people along with a 2 bedroom guest house that can sleep another 8 people.

Excellent property! Kitchen was phenomenal, the cabin itself was beautiful (especially the fireplace) and the location in the woods was serene. The only complaint would be a lack of storage for belongings while you are staying, but that was managable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Quiet perfect get away

Wonderful quiet location in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed, we brought a laptop to stream videos at night when we were in and the area was great for hiking with the dog. Cell service was spotty all over the area but the cabin had excellent internet/wifi and a landline.

Perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway! Town was a short drive away for things we needed and had good access to hiking in ADK! Lake George ~ 1 hour away and Lake Placid ~ 1:30 away. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for! No cell access at cabin but fast wifi

The Twight Cabin was in the most beautiful location. It was the most beautiful time of year. It was our first time in the Adirondack region!! We were overjoyed with the Autumn colors. Perfect Cabin In the Woods!

Had the great luck to find this place on VRBO. A genuine log cabin, thoughtfully renovated with a cooks kitchen and a spacious bathroom . Tons of character, chill vibe, easy to feel at home. Dog friendly and clean !! Literally minutes away from Gote for perfect ski location. And, super responsive, friendly hosts who checked in several times to ensure all was well. We like it so much we are going back next month!

Ski trip to Gore Mountain

We had nice stay in a cozy cabin, conveniently located a few minutes from the slopes of Gore Mountain. Fire in the fireplace after the skiing all day made it very resting and peaceful. Cottage is surrounded by very tranquil environment with the view of a pond. We would recommend it to everyone looking for a nice, serene space to stay in.

My husband and I spent 3 days in the cabin over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect getaway location for us. The cabin is secluded without being far from conveniences. We took full advantage of the fireplace.We did some cross country skiing at Garnett Hill. Looking forward to coming back! Hill.

Wonderfully Secluded

We loved how we were away from everything but that there were things close by. The North Creek village is perfect for quick things or if you want to walk around. The cabin was clean and cozy with just enough modern help. Loved the shower pressure :) plenty of space to walk around too. Our dog loved the outside and we felt totally comfortable letting her off the leash. Thanks for a great vacation! Will come again!

Little Cabin almost in the Woods

We’re an elderly couple who have really enjoyed our stay. Comfy, cozy, not overwhelmingly cool, but unique. I stared at the ceiling every night, so interesting artistically. And the stone fireplace was the big winner. We spent a lot of money on wood for the fireplace but it was worth it 😍.Prrfect for a couple, or a family, area is nice to walk around.

Peaceful romantic cabin

I was looking for a cozy, quiet cabin in the middle of winter, with a woodburning fireplace to spend time with my partner and found this. It was perfect and exactly what I imagined. The blanket of snow topped of our experience. There was even a complimentary bundle of firewood when we arrived. Everything was clean and in working order. It was a perfect, quiet weekend getaway!

Great Cabin

Perfect home base for whatever activities you're doing in the area. Brought our (large) dog and he was happily at home in and outside of the cabin. There was a fire pit, a small charcoal grill, a kitchen with everything we needed, and plenty of room for 4. There's no television but there's fast wifi and if you keep your days busy you won't mind that at all.
