With waterfront aquarium with turtles and fish natural to the habitat that connects to the banana river.This place is paradise. Beach parks fishing surfing diving sailing. Number one family beach destination in the US. House is full of luxurious spa amenities. Marble showers Jacuzzi tub. state of the art AC unit so you sleep comfortably. Completely brand new home from sewer lines to waterlines to drywall. All of the furniture is high end and comfortable. Covid free
