"We were greeted with friendliness the minute we arrived at Drury Plaza…the Valet was pleasant…the front desk staff were helpful and informative about the amenities at the hotel and things to do in the area. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast in the morning and were very happy with a complimentary dinner in the evening!!! Especially since it was raining and we didn’t want to go out. I would highly recommend the Drury in Cleveland, OH. "

"The breakfast was terrible and 1 point an employee told me that breakfast was only a granola bar so I asked if there was anymore and he brought out 3 muffins and 3 yogurts. Then before I could grab a yogurt a lady jumped ahead and took all 3"

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."
