"I stayed one night before an international flight, and I'm so glad I did. I wish it had been longer. Beautiful property! Very fun to explore, with a pleasing mix of old and new. Cool art. Very good food. Room was small but comfortable. Could open the window, which was nice. Nice bathroom with GREAT lighting. Complementary water is always appreciated. Nice little outside sitting areas along the driveway. Also there's a lovely little cemetary a few min walk up the road. Just very nice all around."

"Needed more cleaning. Dusty bathroom walls and gross carpet. It got noisy on main road if you slept with the window open due to sirens. The A/C was great though. Also location along the Liffey made it easy to find if you are someone who gets drunk/lost. Easy 25/30 min walk to Temple Bar area."

"The lobby and restaurant were very nice. The rooms had a bit to catch up: 1) the hydraulic close on the room door was set so every time the door closed, it SLAMMED shut. I heard other doors on our floor do the same. I’m sure the people in neighboring rooms were probably annoyed if it wasn’t their door closing (and the door looked to be one of those 40 year old wooden -core doors, so real heavy; 2) the door to the bathroom was rotting from moisture and likely mold. Both of my kids seemed to be having some allergic reaction which they only have to mold; 3) the shower drain was not working. When I took a shower I was standing in my own filthy water; and 4) there were three of us in our room. They only gave us two bath towels. I called the front desk to ask for one more, and the guy said they would send one up. Well, after an hour without receiving a towel, and getting close to the time we had to leave, I ended up using a hand towel to dry my body. Pretty bad service."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was spotlessly clean. Having convenient public transport options (both tram and bus stops) right nearby made getting around city centre completely stress-free. The breakfast was a real highlight with a great variety of delicious choices, and the fact that kids eat for free makes this an incredibly generous and family-friendly choice. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"
