Old Tahoe Style Home Nestled in the Woods! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is fully furnished, close to town and located in lower elevation. Beautiful views of Forest Service Land and situated in a nice neighborhood. Relax in the open living area in front of authentic river rock wood burning fireplace. There is a mudroom just as you come in from 2 car attached garage. Very close to Preston Field Park for the children to play! Family and friends can enjoy a barbecue and soak up the scenery while relaxing on the deck. Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)
