***Cancellations made before 30 days of the reservation date shall get a FULL REFUND LESS THE PROCESSING FEE/S. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. ***

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front front door/deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

On the first story, you'll find a bonus room, laundry, and a half bath for your convenience.

The second story boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two king-size beds and one queen-size bed, as well as two full baths. The fully equipped kitchen features all the cooking tools you'll need, including pots and pans, toaster oven, blender, and drip coffee maker. The living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Step outside onto the deck/patio and enjoy dining al fresco while taking in the stunning lake views. Stargaze while soaking in the hot tub. Stay entertained with the Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
