• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster in the alley. • Lock all doors (front and back), and, message us once you’ve left.

I found the property very clean ! There was some noise up stair wich did not bother us at all ! We brought an electric skillet with us to cook on. It was perfect.! The location was perfect and the owner was very friendly!

Tahoe Summer Getaway

Great place for a simple family ski trip

This is our second winter staying here and it perfectly fits what we are looking for in a family ski trip. Dene is a fantastic host. The condo is homey, well stocked, and short drive to Diamond Peak and Raley's plaza. Neighborhood was quiet with easy parking.

Excellent location, all the basics

You can’t beat the location if you are skiing at Diamond peak. The place was easy to get in and out, well equipped and comfortable for the four of us. The only negative was the soundproofing between units. Also, beds for two are in the same room as the kitchen so if you have early risers it can be difficult for the others. Overall, it met our needs!

Nice condo in a good location. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. Multiple restaurants, cafes, grocery - all nearby. Parking is easy and the community is quiet and nice. Would definitely book again.

Great location but interior needs some TLC

The location is great and the price is right. The place needs some TLC such as a new mattress, a deep clean, microwave safe bowls and plates, and some better window coverings. Overall it is nice it just needs some upgrading and a refresh.

Marketed as 2br but really 1 br with trundle bed in living area. Not well insulated. Almost empty shampoo bottle. No bath soap or body wash. Best attribute was location and price.
